The Samoa Observer recently held their 5th annual Short Story competition. This competition is sponsored by S.S.A.B, Eveni, Bluesky and of course couldn't be made possible without the support and initiative of the Samoa Observer and especially the Coordinator of Newspaper in Education, Marj Moore.
This year there were over 600 entries! In the English section from Year 6 to 8 there were 9 awards and our VBS students took 5 of these 9 places. We are very proud of these winners and congratulate them on their success.
