Arky is a Scientist who proved that red cabbage can actually be used to show if things are acidic or alkaline. This is very handy to know if you have run out of litmus paper and need to check the ph level of the swimming pool. Grandad had mentioned this to Arky about red cabbage so Arky was out to see if Grandad knew what he was talking about, and guess what? Grandad was right!
Arky was awarded the most original display for the year 6 scientists. We hope he doesn't forget his humble beginnings when he wins that Nobel Prize in the future!
