It was a special treat for the year 7 and 8 students who had the privilege of an Olympic Athlete visiting them and answering their many questions.
Brandon Schuster, who just happens to be an ex-VBS student spoke about his experience at the Rio Olympics where he competed in the 200m freestyle event. Brandon shows that hard work and commitment can lead to great things - even the Olympics. At only 18 years of age he now has a new goal of the Tokyo Olympics in 2020. The students enjoyed asking Brandon all about his Olympic journey and also his coach, Suzie.
